This a great, simple list. And you’re right. Most people have at least some of these at home already! I would have to add turmeric on there as well. Turmeric has wonderful healing properties that warm the organs. Nice!
Yes, I love turmeric. I will post an easy Tumeric recipe later. It’s so good for us. I am keeping the making of herbal remedies simple and easy, trying to use what is at hand or at the grocery store. The fancy stuff will come later, maybe. Thanks for your comment.
